We suggested to the band Phish that we should celebrate our shared Vermont (USA) roots with a Phish flavour, and they agreed! But they're not the only stars in the mix – we work with Fairtrade certified producers and Caring Dairy farmers, who produce milk and cream in a sustainable way. We think this flavour rocks. Enjoy!

Vanilla ice cream with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolatey chunks

In 1986, following a tip from a fan, we pondered putting cookie dough in our ice cream – a radical idea back then, and a tricky flavour to make; our machines couldn’t handle those big chunks of dough. We had to hand-cut the chunks & throw them into the vanilla ice cream! Five years later, applying a few secret techniques, we found chunk feeder perfection. Twenty years on, we made this fan-favourite Fairtrade too! Happy days…
