The pistachio nuts for this ice cream come from the paradise of pistachios – Iran. For a truly authentic flavour we decided against roasting the pistachio pieces, as this would interfere with their natural aromas. This ensures a perfect balance of creamy pistachio ice cream, pistachio sauce and pistachio pieces – ensuring perfect pistachio pleasure.
