Cooking/Preparation Guidelines

Our Plaice Goujons are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

15 mins to oven bake – 220°C/Fan 190°C/Gas Mark 7

Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place Plaice goujons onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes (fan 12 minutes).

3½ mins to deep fry – 180°C

Pre-heat the oil to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Gently lower the product into the hot oil and cook for 3½ minutes.

Plaice (50%) (Fish), Fortified Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Rapeseed Oil, Water, Cornflour, Rice Flour, Sea Salt (1.5%), Wheat Gluten, Modified Maize Starch, Black Pepper (0.7%), Yeast, Onion Powder, Dried Skimmed Milk, Salt, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Mustard Flour,Yeast Extract.
