Cooking/Preparation Guidelines

Our Chunky Basa fillets with a Rocket, Basil and Parmesan sauce are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

27 mins to oven bake in the bag 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.

Pre-heat the oven. Remove outer packaging. Place the bag containing the fish and sauce onto a baking tray DO NOT PIERCE BAG. Place the baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 27 minutes (fan oven 25 minutes). For more than one bag cooking time may be longer.

4½ mins to microwave in the bag.

Remove outer packaging. Place bag onto a microwaveable plate, DO NOT PIERCE BAG, cook on FULL POWER in the centre of the turntable as follows: 1 Bag: 800W – heat for 4 mins 900W – heat for 3½ mins 2 Bag: 800W – heat for 7 mins 900W – heat for 6 mins Before serving stand for 1 minute. Shake bag gently, cut across the top of the bag with scissors and serve immediately. Caution! Plate, bag and contents will become hot during cooking.
