The following cooking instructions are for 550g of McCain Simply Gorgeous Roast Potatoes. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!
OVEN
Preheat the fan assisted oven to 210°C / 410°F.
For conventional ovens that’s 230°C / 445°F / Gas Mark 8.
For best results cook the roasts on a preheated baking tray with a deep edge. Spread your Simply Gorgeous Roasts evenly in a single layer onto the preheated deep edge baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, turning them every now and again until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
TAKE CARE: The fat will be HOT!
