Time 20 minutes 40-50 minutes

Temperature 220°C / 430°F Gas Mark 9
Time 15-20 minutes 30-40 minutes
OVEN

  • Preheat the oven and arrange your McCain Simply Wedges in a single layer onto a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven.
  • Bake until cooked through using the cooking guidelines shown.
  • Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • OVEN (with Sunflower oil added to product)

  • For a crisper and light golden product apply 3 tablespoons of Sunflower oil to the tray and McCain Simply Wedges before cooking.

  • Do not overcook.
    Cooking directions based on 1/2 bag/1.25kg of product.
    For different quantities adjust cooking time accordingly.
