  • Standard Mash – 300ml Skimmed milk; 10g Salted butter; 10g sea salt and pinch white pepper
  • Luxury Mash – 250ml whole milk; 37g salted butter; 10g sea salt and pinch white pepper. Alternatively substitute milk with cream
  • Regen Cook

    Place pre-made mash into trays and reheat in your usual cycle with lid on. Stir before serving
