Storage and Handling

Store Frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
To defrost: Remove from the case and leave wrapped at room temperature for approximately 2 hours, or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, store in a sealed pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life once defrosted- Wrapped: 4 days
Shelf life once defrosted- Unwrapped: 2 days
Thaw and serve.
