Legend has it when the USA acquired Alaska they invented the tasty ice cream dessert ‘Baked Alaska’ in celebration. We created a Baked Alaska of our own…(the world’s largest, according to Ben!) back in ’86, when our beloved Cowmobile burned to the ground after 4 months travelling the USA, giving out free scoops of Ben & Jerry’s – not fair! Thankfully, using Fairtrade ingredients where we can, this Baked Alaska is fairer than ever. So what are you waiting for?! Dig in!
